Is this free?
Yes. Submitting and displaying verified reviews is completely free for both testers and products.
How long does verification take?
We typically verify reviews within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once your review is published.
Can I review a product not listed on BetaUser?
Yes. If the product is in alpha or beta, we'll add it to our directory along with your review.
Can product owners remove a negative review?
No. We only remove reviews that are spam, abusive, or fail proof verification. Honest negative feedback is valuable for everyone.
Can I update my review later?
Yes. Email us with an updated review and we'll replace the original. Products evolve and your review should too.
