  1. Is the interface visually appealing? What stands out (positively or negatively)?
  2. Can you easily find what you are looking for?
  3. Are buttons, labels, and icons clear in their purpose?
  4. Did you encounter any broken layouts or visual glitches?
  5. How does the product feel on mobile vs. desktop?
  6. Is the text readable and the spacing comfortable?

Bug Report Template

Structured template for collecting actionable bug reports from testers.

  1. Describe the bug in one sentence.
  2. What steps did you take that led to the bug? (Step by step)
  3. What did you expect to happen?
  4. What actually happened?
  5. How severe is this bug? (Blocker / Major / Minor / Cosmetic)
  6. What device and browser are you using?
  7. Can you reproduce this bug consistently?
